MX Nationals - done and dusted for another year. Now, we reminisce the magic from each round, as Transmoto's video-wizard, Lachlan Russell, spent his weekends working hard to deliver you delicious HD coverage to froth over. Here's Part 1, with the first three rounds from Conondale, Coonabarabran and Wonthaggi.
In our first video collaboration with Vurb Moto, Lachlan headed to the opening round of the MX Nats at Conondale in Queensland, April 1, to capture the exciting atmosphere that was Round 1. Carlton Dry Honda Thor Racing's Ben Townley blitzed the MX1 class, winning all three races, while in the MX2 class, it was Serco Yamaha Metal Mulisha Racing's Kirk Gibbs who took victory.
Round 2 - Coonabarabran, NSW
Round 2 of the MX Nats took place at Coonabaraban on April 14-15, with CDR Yamaha's Josh Coppins taking victory in the MX1 class. While in the MX2 class, it was Serco Yamaha Metal Mulisha Racing's Luke Styke on the top step of the podium.
Round 3 - Wonthaggi, Vic
It was Carlton Dry Honda Thor Racing's Brad Anderson who took the top step of the MX1 podium at Round 3 of the MX Nats held at Wonthaggi, Victoria, April 28-29. In the MX2 class, Anderson's teammate Ford Dale clinched the Overall.
