JDR/J-Star/KTM rider Matt Moss will sit out the opening round of the Lucas Oil Pro Motocross Championship after undergoing a small surgery to remove calcium lumps earlier this week.
Moss underwent a procedure to remove the lumps from his side area, which required a few stitches and he's expected to have a small recovery time.
Moss was slated to compete in the 250 Motocross class on his first year aboard the KTM 250 SX-F in the US.
